This is my first post! I am excited to share about Holistic Lotus! My work with Energy Healing and Professional Organizing. A dual passion that I have been exploring for years.
Professional Organizing
I`m enthusiastic about supporting people, with compassion and without judgment to declutter and develop organizing systems to reduce stress, boost workspace productivity, and create a functional, harmonious, and welcoming home.
Organizing also has a significant impact on recovering from or getting ready for a transition. Such as a new home, new workspace, a new baby, a child leaving for college, divorce, downsizing, retirement, etc.
Energy Healing
I have been a certified Pranic Healer for 15 years, working with friends, family, and clients since 2008. Through Pranic Healing, I love empowering people to regain their inner strength, mental clarity, and emotional balance, so they can move forward with their lives with more vitality and happiness.
Pranic Healing is a highly tested system of energy treatment developed by Master Choa Kok Sui. It originates directly from External Medical Qigong with the influence of the energetic system of chakras in Yoga.
Pranic Healing balances the bioplasmic field and energy centers in our body.
It uses scanning, cleansing and energizing techniques to heal the physical, emotional and mental body. Some examples of treatment are:

* Alleviate stress and calm the nervous system
