About Gisele

(Pronounced as zhee-zeh-lee//ʒiː zə li/)
Gisele is a Pranic Healing practitioner, spiritual medium (Brazilian Umbanda tradition), yoga teacher, massage therapist, and wellness facilitator with over 16 years of experience dedicated to holistic healing and personal transformation.
Her work is rooted in a deep passion for supporting people on their journeys of growth and empowerment. Drawing from a rich background in energy work, movement, and ancestral wisdom, Gisele offers a multidimensional and heart-centered approach to well-being.
Pranic Healing Practitioner
Gisele has trained with renowned mentors such as Master Monica Abad, Master Stephen Co, and Chandan Parameswara, and holds multiple yoga certifications. Her offerings include private and group healing sessions.
Mediumship work
Her path has been deeply shaped by years of study and participation in ceremonies rooted in Peruvian and Brazilian Indigenous traditions, as well as by her studies in Umbanda, an Afro-Brazilian spiritual tradition, through which she worked closely with spiritual guides from this lineage.
These experiences profoundly supported the development of her spiritual mediumship.
Yoga & Movement
Gisele completed three yoga teacher trainings in Brazil and the United States and is also trained in Capoeira, the Afro-Brazilian martial art. She weaves these influences into her work to cultivate balance, body awareness, rhythm, and strength—bringing both grounding and vitality into her yoga classes.
Soul Dance
Deeply passionate about dance, Gisele grew up immersed in diverse Brazilian rhythms and later expanded her movement language in the United States, studying forms such as Butoh and 5Rhythms. She integrates these practices into the women’s dance circles and Soul Dance journeys she facilitates, creating sacred spaces for expression, embodiment, emotional release, and deep connection.
Graphic Designer
Gisele holds a degree in Computer Science and has a lifelong passion for graphic design. While her path expanded into the healing arts, her creative expression remained a central thread.
Today, she integrates analytical thinking with intuitive flow, creating designs that are both structured and inspired—offering visual work that feels aligned, intentional, and uplifting.
